Zencity
As a growing company in the fast-paced hospitality industry, Zencity offers apartment-style accommodations for both long and short-term stays. Expanding into cities nationwide and hoping to engage with a wider audience, the brand looked to us for a complete creative overhaul starting with brand strategy through to final collateral.
We adapted and updated the wordmark and logo from the original brand, creating new opportunities to use each separately.
As a part of the website redesign, we created extensive wireframes and restructured the site to better match the brand’s new direction.

Marketing and transactional emails are an important part of Zencity’s customer engagement. We redesigned the look and feel, creating new templates to suit their needs.
With plans to launch in a number of cities over the next year, we created press kits to send to local content creators that highlight the best of what Zencity has to offer. These kits included custom coasters, branded postcards, and a deck of playing cards.
In-room collateral, like keychains and instructional guides, presented us with an opportunity to reinforce the branded experience of a Zencity stay.
